Hi I recently purchased an mp4 digital player from a ebay from the user Smartarea. When i recieved it it seemed to work well but had no battery life so I did as it said in the manual and charged it for 12 hours and it had barely charged halfway so I left it for 3 days and it ONLY charged halfway. I have no idea whats up with that. Thats problem 1. Problem 2 is everytime i try to go into any option on the mp4 player such as music it says "disk error" the only option that works is the radio function. I tried contacting smartarea and he could barely help me, he suggested I send it back but Im hoping that the is some way that I can fix it before that. Please help Im soooo bummed I was really looking foward to this birthday gift.
