Default Re: new mp4 nano clone

barry_uk , what oceanboy said was correct, you'll need to format your player using the MP3 Utilities Disk Tool. Perform a "LOW" level format on your player, and under the Partition & Encrypt tab, slide the slider all the way to left (min) and click format. Be prepared for a loss in memory capacity.

Regarding the charging, it is possible that the AC mains adaptor might be faulty. Charging should display an animated battery icon. But it is not recommended to use the AC adaptor as some people in the forum have experienced the adaptor damaging their player.

Why are clones called MP4 Players, when they don`t play .MP4 at all?
It`s like an MP3 Player which plays Music CDs only.
