No need to feel dumb, all of us on here seems to have fallen prey - I too only found this forum AFTER I had bought THREE of the damned things!!

I am afraid I can give you no glimmer of hope re: eBay, they really don't give a flying fig - I just keep bombarding them with e-mails and details of transactions - and they go on ignoring me!!!!
Oh! and I don't like to be the bringer of bad news, but one of the 4GB players I bought is only 1GB - that is in dispute also.
I really do hope that you are one of the lucky ones - I personally will NEVER buy one of these players from eBay ever again, I'd rather pay more and be sure that I am getting what I pay for - GOOD LUCK!! :!:
