alma, Unfortunatly the only 9.0.43 full version firmware I have seen are for 1.8 LCD. My suggestion would be to send the player back for a refund not because of the firmware but because you mentioned in your post that your player was 4GB. At present these players are only capable of supporting up to 2GB of flash memory, your Samsung K9L8G08UOM chip is only 1GB that has been hacked so that it reads as 4GB. This could be why your player has crashed in the first place.
