As Lorne has pointed out please in future make one post on a topic under a single forum, multi posts will not get you a quicker reply.
Although the firmware you have used is working with your player it is not 100% suited to it's hardware configuration. There is nothing you can really do to change the firmware to fix these problems. Your only other option is to keep searching for a more exact match for your player.
