I tested the amv file you uploaded on my 1.5" LCD player now.
It also displays it at full screen!
So it looks like if you encode it at
128 x 128, then you will get it in full screen.
That's something I never tried using a 128 x 128 size video on my 1.5" player. I've always had it at 128 x 96 (as the sample ones that came with my player was encoded at that size). I've learnt something new today that's for sure!
