What size is your players screen?
If your screen is 2.0 + inch then 4.03 and 4.05 are the versions you need as they are designed for larger screen players.
If your player has a 1.8 LCD then you need 4.0 or 3.57 for 160x120 conversions.
If your player has 1.5 LCD then I suggest 3.68 is the best version for 128x128 or 128x96 conversions.
Converting with 4.03 or 4.05 for a 1.8 or 1.5 screen player will result in a format to large for these player to handle and they stop responding.
