I just dont understand Uxcell, they give you a CD with firmware upgrade software but dont provide any support when it goes wrong. i need the firmare for this

Why cant Uxcell make the original firmwares for these products available, they must know that if they provide the upgrade tool then its gonna cause hundreds of dead players
