I have a mp4 that looks like this:

I bought it yesterday, it worked good but now it doesn't
When I unplugg the power or from usb, it just says "low power" and shuts down....and when I restart it, the screen starts to blink and nothing does work....
I have tried to upgrade frimware but it did not help...I have charged it for like 4h and nothing.....
What can I do? Please help, im crying
