Hi
I bought an Mp4 player 4 gig off ebay and after three days it stopped working. When I switch it on the screen just shows an hour glass on blue background and when I connect to the pc it is in afdu mode. I have tried the dead player guidelines but all the firmware I have tried just stops downloading when I use upgrade. If I turn the player off when it is upgrading it says Invalid firmware? I have tried to check the chip number but the chip as nothing written on it? how can I do this ? Can anyone help in any way ?

P.S In the suppliers read first file it says this "REMARK: Please do not use the MP3 Player Disk Tool, which is not properly developed and it will destroy the system file inside the MP3. It also resulted an insufficient memory and disk error." Does this sound like a fake?
