If yes, you will need to try various firmware dumps from the downloads section until you get one that starts your player normally.
If it does not get detected by the Upgrade Tool, then you will need to follow the Dead Player Recovery Guide as outlined

i'll suggest that you open the player to check the processor's chip number, so that it is easier to locate the firmware.
