Device switching failed. reconnect device please..this is the error i get when i try opening mp3 upgrade tool....
i have an ipod nano clone with the same firmware as in the pic of this link
http://www.mympxplayer.org/full-dump...nal-df298.html (or atleast i used to get the same images as shown) and it had gone dead for some reason before....i tried making it alive using ur recovery guide....was going great...and it was showing in the explorer as the disk drive....but i couldnt get the correct fiirwmare....so as i was trying to update different ones from the site.....now in the xplorer it shows the disk ...but when i click it ...it says that ur disk is not formatted....when i try formatting....it says that the disk is write protected....and now when i open mp3 player update......it shows connecting device and then error:the try switching the device......message.......what do i do to make it work???i have tried reg edit....and using 3 different mp3 tools versions.....tried reinstalling the USB driver ...everything....even that the disk is being showed...and that a light appears on the player when i switch it on but nothing is working....i just get this dull blue light on the screen when i switch it on...please help me..im frustrated and i want it to work.....
