Priya, Have a read of the Dead Player Recovery Guide here: http://www.mympxplayer.org/dead-play...ide-vt567.html

This is the only process I know of that will reset your player and put it into a recovery state. After that you will need to find the right firmware for your player if you do not have a backup.
