Oh, and you complained a couple of times about eBay not allowing users to see just the negative feedback. Well, eBay doesn't, but there's this site
www.toolhaus.org that I discovered that will - all you have to do is type in the username of the person you want to see and they'll show you all the neutral and negative feedback they've received. Hope I've been helpful
