:evil: I too have made purchases from the ass hole known as blown_Z. I won 4 auctions on e-bay. The first two on the 10thof dec. I finally got them on the 18th and they were junk. Yhe first one had two cracks in the LCD screen. The other had 2 screws laying in the bottom of the box that had apparently fallen out of the unit. Where the screws went was stripped out with the plastic on the screws. He sucks at communication, no phone number listing in blaine, MN for him. First offer he gave me was to send me new screws and a new lcd screen. i refused and wanted new products. To me, they looked like manufacturer rejects. The second offer was to refund my money but he would not specify weather or not he would include the almost 26 dollars i had in shipping. SAD facts, i was dumb enough to buy two more before i got the first two. I decided to send the other two back and for him to make sure they were new like the listing said and to look at them carefully before he shipped them out. I want on the band wagon for the lawsuit. he is buying rejects and sendin them out. Dont know about the gbs yet bought 2-2gb, 1-4gb and 1-1gb. I am sick to my stomach over this. Someone will have to tell me how to check what i have if i ever get them. Will never buy from him again and going to report to e-bay and pay-pal...he will get bad feedback as well. I noticed if you leave him bad feedback he does the same in defense.. I say we get the bastard. Any ideas.. let me know exactly what you need from me for the lawsuit....Thanks Happy Holidays without jams for the cruise...
