Yusko, It sounds as if there may be a short happening somewhere in your player. You could open it and check the battery wires or other loose connections, I have also heard players restarting due to static discharges especially if you have them in your pocket.
You could set your player going and put it down somewhere and see if it still restarts without any contact or movement. If it does not then I would say a loose connection somewhere.
You could also check to see if your player has a hacked memory chip as this also causes player restarts. You can do that simply by connecting your player and running the MP3 Player Disk Tool if the capacity shown on the Format tab is the same as the capacity shown on the Partition Encrypt tab then your chip is ok. If they are different the chip may be hacked.
