N3o , if you had a slightly more flexible budget, i'll suggest a Teclast player.
The 1GB model goes for US$75, and it plays .avi videos, music files, etc. Also, it is able to multitask. Only it does not have a playlist, but is able to browse by the files (which the nano-clones don't support).

Why are clones called MP4 Players, when they don`t play .MP4 at all?
It`s like an MP3 Player which plays Music CDs only.
