Do test it out on the video playback and see if it does make a difference.
Yeah, Ill do that when I get my Nano clone in. The instructions say its based in part on something called "morphic resonance"... According to what I read, and from what little I understand, it exploits various scientific theories; including Jung's theory of collective unconscious, Sheldrake's morphogenetic fields, quantum physics and human biology. Apparently, morphic fields are patterns that govern the development of forms, structures and arrangements. This is a type of energy that is said to exist on all objects around us, and these varying degrees of morphic resonance to which we (humans) are susceptible, have both positive and negative effects on perception of sound & vision. These tiny little square jobbies are supposed to work on the negative effects the (quantum) energy has, reducing a type of stress that affects human senses. So according to that, it doesn't affect EMI or radiation, but our ability to perceive sound.

I can't vouch for if the science is grounded or not, I can only vouch that I tried it before knowing anything about how it works, didn't have any hopes that a near-invisible "speck" could do anything, and I got the shock of my life when I heard all sorts of details and a new level of refinement that I never heard before coming from my MP3 player.....

geostar: I know it does! But dont knock it til you tried it! I thought it sounded like it could be snake oil, but I didn't care because I dont know any good ways of improving my mp3 player sound (besides buying $$$ new hardware). Especially ones that are less than $3 bucks and come with a money back guarantee! So I wasnt risking anything but a few minutes of time by trying the product. I had my wife conduct blind tests yesterday, with the black audio squares vs. plain white paper squares, and I could tell 13 times out of 15 when the black audio squares were used. There are a lot of songs on my mp3 player that I've had for months on there, and song after song, I'm hearing new depths to the music from out of every one of them! And I don't think its an expectation effect, because the difference from what they used to sound like is really quite obvious.
