Player recognised as USB device

Iīve got a new player cause my older one was hacked, this new one seems to be ok, but once I plugged it to the pc the windows recognised it as an "USB device" and I canīt see the data on the player, also it seems that thereīs a problem with the USB device controller (control panel, add hardware, and the ugly yellow and black icon)
whatīs wrong?
Iīll try it on a different computer tomorrow
this kind of things really change my mood, I want to enjoy my player one and for all! but it seems to be coursed!
