First answer on my first mail took 2 days, my reply was answered 4 days later. Both answers held little information besides obvious solutions I already tried. So I think I need an RMA on 2 players, but it takes ages to get to the point where they say that themselves. One email was never answered. All on infoATuxcell.com, they definitely need more people at the support section, this is killing business for them.
