Sachit, If your player is not connecting you do not have many options other than shorting the memory chip as outlined in the Dead Player Recovery Guide. It is the only way I know of to get the player recognised by Windows again.
It is hard to say what caused the problem in the first place but if you have a backup of your firmware you have a pretty good chance of recovering it unless there is a hardware fault.

If you do not have a backup then after following the DPRG you will just have to try all the 3.2.16 firmware we have on site and perhaps the 3.5.35 which may also work with your player until you find one that suits your player.
