No there is no authentic iPod that uses the logo in front like this one states. I have checked with my 2 teenage girls and it is an unequivocal no there isn't any iPod that has that logo in front. They checked with several of their friends (that own authentic iPods) as well as we own 2 iPods (3rd generation 30 GB and one HP 40GB). My 18 yr old had went in with her friends to buy one for their friend's birthday and it was an iPod Nano, which is what this auction appeared to try and look like. The first screen shot on the auction tipped me off it was not likely to be an authentic iPod. I bought it anyway since it was a good price for a 4 GB not realizing that this seller was going to scam me by not being a "registered seller" after I received a 1 GB. That really is low since nothing will happen as far as hurting their selling or buying status on eBay. I do however want ppl to know what happened so they don't get scammed with the view of what appears to be an iPod. I also believe that they can get back on eBay with a different user name and start this back up. A word to others: even an experianced computer "techy" can get scammed buying computer software/hardware. Hope I can possibly stop someone else from getting had
