So there i was changing my desktop theme and talking with a friend on msn and after telling him about my problem, he pointed me to the following solution.
First, go into “program file” and delete the mp3 utilities folder. Then download the Window Installer Cleanup Utility package from Microsoft or at
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/290301/. Once download, run it. Once you have the application open, scroll down, you will see mp3 utilities. Highlight it, and remove the damn sucker.
I finally upgrade it the software but i have a new problem now (why i'm not surprised?....)
