Default Re: Anybody who personally bought a hacked player from blown

Add me to the list of eBayers to get scammed by these so called 4gig players. I actually bought 4 of these from various sellers including blown-z. I had planned for all to be gifts.
Other sellers were powersellerturbo (yes, I think it is the same person as blown-z), buy lowest, and jcl0924.
The player from jcl0924 was advertised as 2gig - I am not sure if it is real as I gave it as a gift prior to reading here.
The player from powersellerturbo (item#270069570558) was advertised as 4gig - only to be less than 500meg. I ended up filing a dispute with paypal and he refunded me the price and I sent unit back on my dime (wasn't thrilled about that).
The player from blown-z (item# 200059748108) advertised as 4gig - only to be less than 500meg - go figure.
I opened a dispute with paypal and have yet to hear from blown-z. I plan to escalate the dispute to a claim due to the lack of communication from blown-z. I tried both ebay messaging and paypal dispute console. I have all contact info and plan on contacting the local police as others have done. Perhaps after enough complaints, they may take action.
The player from buy lowest has yet to arrive but (item#330063115801), it is the one that looks just like an ipod and claims 4gig. I won't hold my breath. I will file a claim with paypal if it is not though.

I do hope to hear from blown-z regarding this. If you frequent this site, my username here is the same as ebay.

Good luck all!
