I purchased this player as a gift from
Ebay, and after installing the driver, plugged in my player whilst it was on and tried to launch mp3 utilities 3.57. I am getting a message which says 'not detecting removable disk, and nor is a removable disk icon visible in 'my computer' I thought the usb cable might be faulty at first, but having replaced it to no avail and reinstalled the driver I am completely lost and would appreciate any advice.
