I have an 1GB MP4 Player, ACT2097_S72_1 9.0.48 firmware and 1.5" 65k OLED Screen. Earlier when I used to convert AVI files using the AMV Convert tool 3.68 there used to be some skipping.

Recently I've been using Tadad1's guide to convert better AMV's using VirtualDub and I've seen no skipping. The problem is my videos look as though they are like someone is flipping a book i.e. I can see the previous frame. I had this problem earlier as well. This is generally noticeable during some motion like a person is moving etc. I am using the 128 x 128 resolution, with the fps set as High and the image quality as High. I notice this even after setting the image quality as Middle.

What could be the problem or is it just normal for these players?
