Default Re: Anybody who personally bought a hacked player from blown

I bought one of these pieces of junk as well and contacted him ahead of time and told him not send if it was not a true gigabyte player. He insisted that it was and sent. After two weeks or so I received the item and instead of being a 4GB player it was a 1GB player and I was told through an email that the shipper to him made a mistake and sent 1GB player and mine was only suppose to be a gigabit player so enjoy my extra bonus christmas gift. How instulting that was enjoy getting ripped off LOL!

I then filed a complaint with paypal and was told to return the item for a refund. I am in the process of doing that now. I also got ripped off from powersellerturbo (I sent item back and was very dilgent until I got my refund) and filed a fraud dispute with ebay and they are investigating if these two people are indeed the same people and why they are still continuing to sell fraudulent items. I suggest to anyone dont wait just file a dispute immediately with paypal and get your money back. The more disputes the more attention and each time a dispute is filed supposedly they freeze some of their account money and this willd definitely put a damper on the seller.

I find it difficult to believe though that ebay doesnt have a clue what is going on. Ebay allows this fraudulent activity to go on and does nothing about it.
