ssmilu , was your player formatted using the MP3 Utilities Disk Tool? If no, then format it using that with the guide here

If you had formatted using the Disk Tool, and still experiencing these problems, i'll suggest that you re-encode the mp3 files to a fixed bitrate (eg 128kbps or 192kbps).
