i ran the upgrades and firmware and now it shows that the mp4 players have only 233mb of space. is this the correct space or what. and that means i dont have 4gb, idont even have 2gb right? with the amount of space it shows i have on the mp4 players what can i use them for? next question, can i add memory to these mp4 players some how? or do you know where i can get real mp4 players either 4gb or 2gb? pleases help i was took but the company i bought from and they wont return calls or e-mails. thanks alot chuck22.
