That's the first time I've heard about this. Definately an issue and I will get someone from UXcell to investigate as well as we don't want this happening.
Please double check and CONFIRM that this is definately an issue with your player as your claim is serious. They are a good sponsor of this site and I discussed with them the issue of hacked players and as you notice on their site, they don't sell any 4GB players. However, your claim is seriously going to affect UXcell on this site as it's a well trusted supplier. Ok, it's not 'hacked' but instead using "gigabits" instead of "gigBYTES" is still something worth following up. The last thing we want is a serious claim like this to tarnish a good relationship between UXcell and us if it's not true. So please double check your player's capacity.
Now, some questions for you:
1. Did you order your player from their website?
2. What is your order number?
3. When did you order it?
