CRUOGLIO , according to the Samsung datasheet, Samsung K9G8G08UOM is a 8Gigabit (1GigaByte) memory chip, and not as advertised to be 2GB. The memory chip had been hacked to show 2GB instead.
You need to open the player again and look for the processor's number (eg ATJ2085 or ATJ2091). With this number, it would be easier to look for likely firmware in the downloads section.
