UXcell has asked if you can resend the product back to them, they will check it and send you a replacement. Please also be double, double sure that the problem is in fact with the player's memory. As the memory was manufactured by another supplier, it was a problem that they could not control and a problem by the supplier instead of UXcell instead.
I do hope that you understand this and that this doesn't tarnish the reputation of UXcell as being a good manfuacturer. They have sold lots and lots of these players. As nothing is perfect, there will be situations where a few will 'slip' through. It's the process to identify the problem and resolve the problem as soon as possible is that's more important now.
I have discussed with UXcell. They said to send information to
info@uxcell.com. They will look out for your email (as I also have forwarded them your details).
If you can return the player and let's see how UXcell does in terms of replacing it promptly with a non-faulty memory chip.
