I bought a 1Gb MP4 Player and i after reading your forum i decided to make a backup of my players Firmware.
The player is correctly detected by Windows and I am able to transfer music and videos (mtv format) to it.
However the player is not detected by any of the firmware tools I downloaded. I tried with S1FWX v3.1 and with RdiskUpdate v.1.0.0.1 with no success. None of them detects the player.
I read also your Dead Player Guide and my player is exactly the same (outside and inside) as the pictures of the player there (except not dead
)
Can you please advise me what to do?
