Sjerby, To get 160x120 in version 3.57 you have to manually edit the transformsetup.ini in the AMVTools folder like this.

[Setup]
Overwrite=TRUE
Insertwave=FALSE
Insertpic=TRUE
Transplay=TRUE
Trycode=FALSE
VFBS=high
VWH=160*120

Once you have done this it will convert to 160x120.
