160x120 setting is still really 176x128 but at least there is an option now for 208x176 @ 16fps instead of 10fps which is an improvement.
I also found that you can use it to rotate files already converted to AMV which may be helpful to some. You can also convert a large 208x176 AMV to a 128x96 AMV.
