Default PC doesn't recognise my player after firmware update
Excuse me for my English, but my mp4 is not working. My PC does not recognised it and when i try to add firmware /9.0.43 -2"-1GB with FM/ do nothing. Please tell me what can i do.

Yesterday i try to upgrade mp4 and after is turned off and i see the instructions of somebody and i touch the pins of chip. After this my PC see new hardware and i try to add software with mp3 Player Utilities 4.05, but... nothing . HELP ME
