Thank you for the promptness of answering my e-mail but this is not the solution to my problem I am looking for where i can download the Firmware. manufactures firmware file that the device comes with my file has become corrupted and unusable.

Please connect your player with your pc then click
the removable disk(that is the player on "my computer") on the right, then
choose "format", under the format file, please choose "FAT" but not "FAT32".
Please kindly have a try and advise.

thank you i did not understand the first time thank you for the advice it is now running as a removable drive i will keep checking back for the firmware when that becomes available thank you again for responding promptly to my questions i look forward to ordering new products from your company. i am a very happy customer!
So in the End i am very impressed with the response time and i love the product but i am SOL untill they update the web page.. I am thinking i might just order a second one and repair the old one with the new one unless there are any other suggestions.
i have tried every firmware that is remotely close and the dead player guide ( Very helpful) but no tool (3.5 3.7 4.05 4.07 4.09 )versions worked except to get it back to a removable drive..
