lorijuan1024, Currently these players only support a max of 2GB memory so your players memory has been manipulated so that it reads a 4GB but in fact is much smaller. To check this you can use the MP3 Player Disk Utility as posted here:

To fix your problem you need to remove the memory hack so that the chip reads its true size, to do this you can use this guide.

Once your memory is reading it's true size you should not have any problems.
