Jeez, now I'm worried. Sent 2 Glaciers back 28-12-06 and they said:
"For the duration of sending back the replacement, it
normally takes about 2 to 3 weeks as we have to firstly receive your faulty
item, and then we investigated for you, then we have to mark down in our
record and inform our logistics department to arrange a replacement and it may take them some time as well to send another one".
Did you get any notice that the player arrived there? 2 Months is ridiculous, and who knows how much longer!
