Default What to do if you think that you have been scammed.

If you bought a mp3/4 player on eBay or the internet and it turned out not to be same memory as you paid for or it doesn't work or any other problem then you should do those things:

1. Conntact the seller, ask for a full refound and not a replacement because they won't send anything back or they will send a hacked player again. DO NOT SEND IT BACK! If you send it back, you won't have any evidance against them later. And you will get scammed! And the last thing you should do is pay shipping it back! Why will you pay shipping if they scammed you?!

2. If they don't want to pay you or send you a new device before you have sended yours then say to them that you will report them if they won't pay/send a new, real memory player before you have sended it back.

3. If you bought it on eBay, report the seller for fraud, and leave a very bad feedback.

If that does not help then:

4. And then if you paid with paypal, conntact paypal and report the seller for fraud.

5. The last way to report the fraud, try going to http://www.ic3.gov and report the seller.

Be specific and let PayPal, eBay and ic3.gov to know this is a scam and that it's fraudulent trade.

If you still didn't get a new real memory/FULL refound back, then your unlucky But do all those things before sending it back!

Well, you can send back to Uxcell, seems as a trusted site. But not other sites!

Took the info from another forum. Please correct it (admins/mods) because my english is bad, it's my fourth language ^^ Feel free to make it as a sticky thread or something
