EART,

I edited your post and removed the word "Glacier" as your MP4 player isn't a Glacier, I didn't want it to be confused with that.

Do you get "Format Errors" while playing a video or music file? Or both?

If you get format errors during video playback I would say you need to re-encode your AMV files to "medium" quality instead as it seems your player can't handle the "high" quality setting.

If it's music, let me know.
