Then why have a "firmware update" selection in the Glacier's menu? You may be right, but the thing is, it *is* broken, and needs to be fixed. As I've mentioned in another thread recently, the Glacier has problems playing a significant number of WMA, OGG, WAV (all of them) and MP3 files (ie. VBR MP3). With the exception of OGG, these are all formats it is officially supposed to play, and nowhere does it mention it only plays some of them. This would be a -great- player, able to compete alongside the name brands, if it wasn't for this important flaw.
