I think it's just human nature that when there is negative feedback or we have a bad experience with a company, we tend to complain or let others know about it. However, when we are happy or satisfied with a product, we tend to not say anything.

Can you imagine if we told everyone everything we've bought and how happy we were with it? I'm sure of all the things we've bought, occassionally there might be something wrong with a product and we have to take it back. We will tend to mention it to other people about that one product than to tell everyone about all the other products you've bought that worked and that you were satisfied with.

I think this is the situation with UXcell. No company or person is perfect and it just so happens that they have a support forum on our site. So it seems only nature that people will mention about their bad experiences here. If you look at their eBay feedback and other feedbacks, I'm sure this outweighs the negative.

In actual fact, we are the only sites that UXcell has sponsored!

This is an amazing feat for us and an honoured to be associated with UXcell.

The issue with the MP4 player that can play AVI was that it seems they used to have that, but recently changed it to an Actions chip board instead. Looks like they have forgotton to change their website. It wasn't intentional was what I was told.
