Hi all, READ THIS IT MIGHT HELP, IT HELPED ME
I just recently bought 3 4gb nano clone players from 3 different sellers. When i received them they were all 2gb. I paid in total £24 £23 and £20. Heres the best bit first i sent them emails regarding what the problem is, then they all sent reply saying "FACTORY MISTAKE" we've all heard that before. Anyway i told them they are not 4gb but hacked 2gb to look like 4gb. Anyway surprise surprise they said one of the 2gb may have been damaged in transit. I was thinking why are all 3 different sellers giving me virtually same reply. So anyway i grit my teeth and sent them a harsh email saying i am sending the player to paypal as others have complained about you. When they read that they automatically offer a partial refund of around £3-£4. Do not accept this, they may also ask for the players back for a full refund, DO NOT ACCEPT THIS EITHER. Then open a paypal dispute to let them know you are serious and say you have got the player checked out from local mp3 player store who says that there is only 1 2gb flash memory and that you are sending the player to paypal for cheating people. Once they see this they will be willing to refund you the price upto a 2gb player which actually works out cheaper than a 2gb player. By this i mean just let them know the price of a 2gb player is only £13 so i want a refund that i have paid over that amount. In my case in total from all 3 sellers i was refunded £31, thats not bad when that means you have bought 3 good looking 2gb players for only £13 each, now thats a bargain. LOL.
If anyone needs any help in what to write back to in replies to these sellers then just send me an email and i will make sure i squeeze every single penny out of these con masters. THE BEST WAY TO BEAT A CON MASTER IS PLAY THEM AT THEIR OWN GAME.
