What I don't understand is why people insist on making claims to paypal. I simply disputed the charges with my credit card company and got a full refund. In the end, I got a couple of freebies. Understand that both ebay & paypal make ton of money out these scammers. So who's side do you think they're going to take. I learned my lesson. Now I will not buy anything I can't pay with a credit card and I never file claims with paypal. Your credit card company will always be on your side.
