Podder , those music files with the bitrate changing are the VBR-encoded mp3 files. While these will play fine on any computer or brand-name mp3 players, they are not recommended on the current player you have.

These files require extra processing power to decode as compared to fixed bitrate files. The nano-clones do not have as much processing power as the computers or brand-name players. Thus, some sounds distorted.

So basically, try to re-encode these VBR files to a fixed rate like 128 or 192kbps.

Why are clones called MP4 Players, when they don`t play .MP4 at all?
It`s like an MP3 Player which plays Music CDs only.
