HERE to reset the chip. It is not possible to tell you the exact firmware you will need to recover your player because there are so many variations produced by hundreds of manufacturers. I suggest you download as many firmware as you can find either 3.5.35 or 3.5.37 that suit your players screen size and try them till you find one that works with your player.
