ganja21 , likely i would think that there is some problem with the firmware or hardware.

Are your music files encoded in a fixed rate mp3 format?

In this case, if the player is still under warranty, i'll suggest you contact your seller for an exchange set.

As your player is v9.0.50, none of the tools here would work properly for your player.
