HI, I Had a big issue with my players USB connection not working, I thought Great, now I am F##ked.
I posted here and Keith from Uxcell got back really quickly about the issue and now have an email from Uxcell shipping, stating a new player is in the post!! :P
Can not complain about that!! I am about to send mine back, with a brief letter of explanation.
