I PM'ed Keith a number of days ago with a similar issue about my USB connection not working properly, but never got a response. The USB problems were intermittent, and I was still able to use the player but now... I have more serious problems which prevent me from being able to continue using my beloved Glacier. I have written about them in detail at the end of Shelley's thread in this forum, entitled "Can't charge Glacier player with AC adapter or USB cable" (since that's the exact problem I'm having).
Should I PM Keith again about it and see if I get lucky this time?
